Return conditions

According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the customer can return the product within 14 days from the day of its receipt. For this you need:

• check whether the product is subject to return. The best option to check this is to contact our managers and they will advise you on this issue, taking into account all the nuances of the law and the condition of the product to be returned. Or check whether it is not included in the list of non-returnable goods.*
• write an application for a refund with details of the payment and the reason for the refund in an arbitrary form to the director of “VERBIK Group” LLC.
• send the goods to the address of the supplier.

Shipping requirements:

• the product must be packed in the same form as it arrived to you. (if the packaging is significantly different or does not guarantee integrity – the return may be refused).
  the product must not have signs of use (if the product has signs of use, the return may be refused)
• delivery by the carrier must be paid (if the parcel is not paid, our courier will not be able to receive a refund)
• if you are not sure about the packaging, before sending, it is advisable to take several photos of the packaging, so that in the event of damage to the equipment by the carrier, we can relieve you of responsibility and argue with the courier service (if there is no photo, in case of damage to the product, we will not be able to provide the requirements to the courier service).
